CANTHAN NEW YEAR 2010 FINALE FEAST PREPARATIONS

If we can, I would like to get everything we need to make every dish for each event. If we do not have this already? We could split and farm one or two things each to get this done faster. We'll need 9 of each:

A few items like the 'Guardian Moss' is a pain (at least for me to drop) so unless someone has these items in inventory lets not procrastinate. Inbetween any other events/runs/whatever plans you have going on any attempts to retrieve these items would be awesomeness.

Dont forget this year they are having a Mystery Reward and Special Rewards. Sounds like possible summoning stone but hey I like the goodies, dont you?

I've been sitting on 5 Guardian Moss for about 7-8 months now. They're on a mule on my 2nd account.

Smoking Remains is the other hard one to get (that is frequently missed at these feasts). AFAIK, you can only get it from the Shadow pop-ups in the Ring Of Fire mission.

I added some formatting to the OP and linked every item to its GuildWiki page for easy access.


To anyone who will be helping to collect the items, please update this thread with your accumulations, so we know what's being gathered and what's still needed. Thanks.

Also, just want to throw out there that if you have any extras after the Finale Feasts are complete, hold onto them for another day or so. I'm willing to bet Nicholas The Traveler will be asking for some item on this list a day later. (You know how ANet works!)

I have 4 Dragon Roots. I guess I merch'd the rest. doh!

I forgot that I'm also sitting on around 20 Celestial Essences, so we're good there.

thank you^ I only got a few more dragon roots before spacing out lastnight. but I was going to go after those and the alpine seeds since no one mentioned having those that i recall.

I think GS is hosting a dist for this event: International District 9 Hosted By GulfStream Owners Club [GS]. Idk if you are willing to maybe convert this to an alliance event? contact these ppl for more info, etc: Bourne Ultima[GS], Okams Razor [GS], Gregor the Mountain [GS], Archaic Ascalonian [GS], Destiny Windcaller [LOD]. eh the more the merrier?

Fuckin' shame there wasn't enough interest in this. Even if there were only enough items farmed to host one showing in a random district, it would've been a good way to get the [meh] guild name out there.
