Hey guys! Not sure if this is the right area to post so feel free to move it.

Anyways, I'm posting because I'm really interested in taking part in some DoASC. However, the issue I'm frequently running into is the time at which these runs become arranged and/or finally get going. For me, not that the world revolves me whatsoever, I would be more available to participate in these runs if we could start forming up at 9 PM EST. Even if it takes until 10 PM to get it finally going, the run at least wouldn't put us into the morning hours.

I think especially now, since we're all learning and it takes a bit longer it would be much more important to start earlier. This way, whether we take it slow and easy, or we happen to fail at some part, we can finish a run or most of a successful run without any worry. Though I wasn't there, I believe last night was a pretty good example of this. I don't believe the run left until close to 12:30 AM EST, and then unfortunately hit a rough spot in Foundry. At this point it was too late to begin again and redeem it.

Overall:
- Please don't take this post as a complaint for it's really not that significant of a deal to me
- I do understand we are not a full out speed clear guild and that's perfectly fine by me
- I also understand we are still transitioning and getting settled
- I also understand that people are busy and that might just be the most convenient time for the majority
- My point is to just express my belief that a couple members, including myself, would be more available for these runs if they began earlier

I'd just like to see if people could say whether or not this is possible. Thanks for reading!

Totally agree. Here's my idea of combatting this issue:

1) We're working on a "core" group to learn and develop our SC knowledge.
2) Once that core team is up and running, we will branch out and bring more guildies on these runs.
3) The goal is to have everyone able to run these so we can form groups pretty much at any time.
4) I think we should organize these runs in advance each night so that people can try to coordinate their schedules ahead of time. It's not always easy for those of us that work a normal schedule to join in those freakin late ass night runs. Seriously, consider your elders, damnit.

Going back to #1 and expanding a little. This will take some time. Schedules are a big part of this so we should do #4 so we can get the core team up and running as fast as possible. I think we're on the right track, but we've been really busy getting the guild off the ground this last week. Which, by the way, has been a wild success in my opinion.

Anyway, we're working on it! Believe me, we're working on it.

I like I told Mike, I am fine with being cons crafting gopher for the time being since I really do not know DoA, care for its darkness and whatnots. But still intend on getting chars to be able to go and get there and stuff.

I believe the run lastnight was alliance members and guildies but I know what you guys are saying...
