| sounds good, though I know I have been tied down helping my dad since he is totally learning from square one, I am sure this subject would be good for Killian since thats usually not a work night... and sometimes SCs do end 56mins later.. totally teasing. |

| perfect timing on bump too. i know i drag my feet on the huge groups but i am getting kinda interested I miss doing fow and uw. so if it has to be "sc-ish" to go... I will attempt to learn the round about, I know I tried once in UW with Rt... we definitely need to discuss runs. but first formost on this subject. 1. If you go on any run, get on vent. Even non elite runs - would be smart practice. And help get to know other players. 2. During runs there should be 'areas' where we take breaks (given it turns from sc to over an hour run.) this way hopefully it eliminates a person being AFK randomly. examples: drink, potty, smoke or whatever reason. Before heading back into play make sure (this is why we use vent. words in guild chat can get lost and unseen..) MAKE SURE everyone is back. And for those who AFK and think they own the world. ten minutes is probably a decent time for AFK. anylonger and you are a butt and need to leave group so you are not leeching drops unless that was obviously what we were doing anyway since some runs are pretty much like that. Emergency afk obviously can be excused, need to take care of your child / family are obviously more important than a run. you know I love ya all, but some of us need to calm down and take it slower. lets get the run right with sc builds before worry about how fast we do it. |

| 1 is already a rule. We even have a thread about it. No vent, no runs. We need to enforce this though, sometimes it isn't enforced.
On short runs (sc's) you shouldn't have to make potty breaks. You say before we go "hey I gotta do this real quick brb" and then we leave after. If it's longer than an hour, then yeah, I'd say stop somewhere safe when you can about an hour in, take a bit of a potty/drink break then continue. Normally parties just decide on it when someone needs to go afk, they'll be like "okay breaktime" Lol |

No Vent, No Runs, No Exceptions: http://www.ectos-guild.com/general-matters-of-ectos-f3/no-vent-no-runs-no-exceptions-t1087.htm
I'm going to sticky that thread. It's falling down the Matters page.

| What I was given which I never saw in action just end ss was with deaths charge, ether prism, tenais crystals and the other earth magic one. I think it was 3 of those replacing 2 w/a and the mop. The rit woe was also modded. I think this could be ran this week? Maybe a little more build discussion first. I think I can run the ele or monk but definately THE RITUALIST cause that's my motherfucking job |

| I'd be willing to try it. Sounds like it would be best run with the Shitterflames version of the MT which is an A/N that has technobabble, trypto sig and weaken armor. Though perhaps trypto could be taken out seeing as the eles Shadowstep into the mob anyways. Not sure what could be added in replacement and right now I don't have the time to look But yeah willing to try this. |
