Prefixes:
Weaksauce, PvX, Hardcore, Legendary

Titles:
Raptor Farmer, FoW Farmer, UW Farmer, DoA Farmer, Farmer of All

Or if you don't like repeating farmer:
Raptor Farmer, FoWnage, UDub Clearer, Sweatband of Wisdom Maker, Farmer of All

I like "dedicated" better than "PvX" personally.
