We need this to continue expanding as a guild (and not member-wise, playing wise). Please take note: we will be kicking for inactivity, non participation, etc. As we fill our roster, this becomes more important, as you all know.

And let me add something to this. We especially need people to do runs. Even if you aren't on vent at the time, start going on runs with people. Many are complaining about not being able to do runs, and others are complaining about not being able to START runs. Help each other out. If you don't know a specific run, it can be a teaching run, so be it. If you need me to, I'll start farming cons for teaching runs for guildies, god damn it! Lol Not like I don't do it sometimes already (Gmike knows, I give him mats for cons all the time).

I concur with the above and I'd also like to add: Us members don't need to wait around for officers to start runs up. Last time I checked there were about 84 of us and we're all competent in many things=)

Even tho this is more of a statement then a question towards the guild. i shall post becuase dan yelled at us too O.o ..... Anywho i try to form groups but i dont form DoA/Uw for the simple fact that 3/4 of the people in it cant reroll just any slot most people cant tank doa some yes but not all and some dislike speed clears. so i get stuck with just dungeons, lately tho ive been getting into urgoz and deep runs and figure ill start forming them more often once i gain some more exp in tanking them.

It's a good thing it's starting to be discussed because the situation is getting sad. I would try and start more runs but the problem is I don't know them nowadays. So I do try and start what I know and I get MINIMAL activity. I get people saying; SIGH, I guess I'll go since I'm not doing anything else. Which I take as a slap in the face.

I actually agree with this, and I try to jump in on any runs I can. I just hope many more people participate and form groups, giving us a little variety as well DoA is good money, it does get boring from time to time.

I don't bitch about stuff cause I am always doing something. I invite people along all the time I mention what I am doing in gc. I do a vanquish a day usually and try to help with things when they present themselves. I don't go on a lot of runs cause usually by the time they are forming I am in the middle of something else but I do try to participate as much as I can. If ever you lack something to do hit me up I have a plethora of ideas and things in game I wanna hit up and I love love love playing with other people.

All that being said I know I am not on vent as much as others would like I am on as often as I can be but I exclude myself from some runs because of my inability to get on vent at the time the run is forming. I know this is an inconvinience to others and I apologize if this is a serious problem I understand if you need to kick me.

Sorry if I afk sometimes as online I try to switch it when I remember to, but sometimes kids attacking each other draws my attention away and then I forget to come back and switch to 'away'

I've been trying to get on vent more, and do runs when I can, but can only do them on weekdays (my weekdays, remember I'm over 12hrs ahead of most) or nights, which is usually well after midnight for most of you.

I can understand where there's times you don't get the chance to switch yourself to away, but hardly anyone EVER uses it, even when they have the time to flip to away. Still like I said n + click + click. Lol It doesn't take TOO much time to do that. For me, cause I like to have my flist up as much as possible, it's just click + click. -shrug-

Well Im sick that no one answers in guild chat when I see bunch of people in guild hall, clearly planning on doing something and when you ask in guild chat its fucking silence. Im not gonna push myself on vent to be noticed or accepted. Maybe you should consider making this guild US only, as much as I love this guild, dont think anyone is happy with the timezone differences.

I mean when Im on it can be 30 people + on, and sometimes its deaf silence in guild chat, even when you try ask someone to come and do something, opinion anything, its ghost town sometimes, and I will be on vent but sometimes it feels like not everybody is welcome, Youre old buddies, you know eachother, I think id choke myself if I looked like on idiot, on vent... errr... lol. But yeah want to see more randoms on vent too if thats the case

so0o besides all the jibber jabber just want to point out for ya all incase you really really just dont want to talk on vent... you do not have to talk on vent. just log in so you can hear whats going on.

not sure how many newer members use the forums fequently but most of the time you need to be on vent or you will never know about runs or other game play going on. I for one will respond in vent way before in guild chat due to the fact that pressing one button and talking is way easier than typing a response in guild chat when you are playing the game. if you are just sitting around not playing. respond even if the answer is no thanks. it just lets people know you are around and alive. but before accusing anyone of ignoring anyone besure they are not afk/brb/ or even party title'n or something.

the world does not evolve around any one single member and we can not read minds. some of us actually log in and do not sit around we jump into game play and do zone a lot. when ppl zone you miss things in chat. so that could also be a reason someone is not responding...

again best solution. get on vent even if you do not talk. thanks.
