From Noon PST On Friday, May 21st, 2010, Until 11:59 PM PST Sunday Night, May 23rd, 2010, Players Will Receive Double Luxon And Kurzick Title Points For Turning In Earned Faction To The Faction Rewards NPC. This Entails Exchanging 5,000 Faction For Jadeite Or Amber, Exchanging 3,000 Faction For An Alliance Skill, And Transferring 5,000 Faction To Raise Your Alliance's Reputation.

As of yet Reave and I haven't had the free time to start informing everyone about [xEYE] and its (peaceful) intentions to co-exist with [meh] in the ECTOs Community as a complimentary guild to [meh]. I'm still a bit busy finishing up my TV shows (TV seasons end over the next couple of weeks) and obviously trying to make sure the community doesn't fall apart due to childish behaviors of the past couple days. Apologies for the empty [xEYE] forums smack-dab in the middle of the forums list. I know it's kind of an eye-sore atm, pun intended. I promise to start breaking them in ASAP (within the next day or two).

Anyways, back to the point... ie. this weekend's bonus. I know [meh] is Luxon allegiance, but [xEYE] is Kurzick with a full hall. If anyone in the community needs a spur-of-the-moment invite to dump faction, or a temporary weekend home, they are welcome an invite to [xEYE] for that. The guild is still new so there's plenty of roster space to accommodate any faction title seekers. Everyone is officer in [xEYE] by default (no politics = no drama, just fun) so there should be a few people around to help with transitions, should they be needed (including any temps). John is currently over in [xEYE] finishing up his Kurzick title before returning to [meh], so if he's around he can aid in that as well.

mmmm. Double Kurz faction.... So glad they didn't wait another year (like they did last time) before doing this again. I'm going to try to fill up before the bonus, then fill up again during the weekend (several times). 2 mil goes quick when it's cut in half by 75%!!! 500k to donate means 20-25 vq's til max.

yeah it's 75% if you have 50k in your bar and donate to alliance it counts as 200k towards title as apposed to 100K therefor 75% cheaper.

really? why is that?

When you donate to a guild on any other weekend, you gain double what you donate. So 50k donated turns into 100k toward your title. During the double weekend, if you donate 50k, that 100k toward your title turns to 200k. 50k is 75% of 200k

And before anyone goes all badass on me, your faction also doubles if you get a kurz/lux skill. 3k turns into 6k toward your title on a normal weekend and into 12k during this weekend.

Nothing else is doubled on any other weekend, though. So for Urgoz scrolls, you'll get 1k normally toward your title, but 2k this weekend. Amber/Jadite Shard is 5k toward title on normal weekends and 10k during this weekend. Hope that helps.

lol at goes bad ass on you. havent done as much kurzick farming as i wanted to this week but i am doing as much as i can when i can double or not. lets just hope i get more sleep than three hours like the other night.

Have a full factions bar, before the weekend starts, so you dont lose time farming factions on that first dump...

Seems like I'm going to have my hands full this weekend with soon-to-be-necessary ectos.darkbb.com forums work and won't have much, if any, free time to actually take advantage of the double Kurz/Lux faction proceedings. Drats.

Oh, and I did indeed finish my Rit's drunkard title last night. Time to move on to bigger and better things!

gz Steve, i agree with john, but its not the first time I have said to ya, take time for yourself first. No one will be mad if you played the game. think of it as a nice relaxing weekend before the workload on monday kinda thing.
