Maybe some already do it, but here is a relaxing farming spot in north kryta province. I do this when im bored and want to kill stuff.


The run takes around 20 minutes maybe less, depends on how distracted you are xD.

The drops:
Feathers: around 90-150+ if lucky + scalps
Gold items
Runes
White salvageable for Tanned hides, iron etc.
Dust if you take the little quest that spawns like 10+ nighmares
Scales
Gold ~ usualy around 1k-2k+ depends on runs.
Tomes
Elite Tomes from bosses. (monk, war, mesmer,ranger) usualy 2-4 bosses+

Mobs you will be killing

Tengus
Skales
Ettins
Mergoyles
Nightmares

Avoid the imps if possible, they can be killed but they can be a pain sometimes.

The build

Usual Spirit Spam x/Rt
Sos, Vampiris, Spirit of Blood Song, Pain, Shadow Song, Armor of the Unfeeling, Spirit Leech aura + optional, can be healing/running or w/e you want.
I bring hexer's vigor along for regen in case i agro. I use my Necro for this run, can be done with any class as far as i know.

BTW, this is a good farming spot. Better for golds than the Sensali in Jaya Bluffs. The Fire Imps drop rubies, sapphires, and charcoal. The Bog Skales drop skale fins which salvage into scales (down at the trader lately but used to be high).

I recommend not having the War in Kryta story-line active, because it'll make things harder. White mantle will even kill precious mobs. You have to be careful with Tengu patrols though.

Also, I recommend having the Ascalon Settlement quest active. That way you'll have some allies: Cynn, Mhenlo and Aidan. It will make killing things easy and you can bring a damage dealing spirit instead of self heal. With them you can VQ the whole zone. Since they're not technically part of the party, they won't steal the loot.
