Hi, I'm sure many of you have been curious as to how we do Sexyway/what it is Etc. So in this guide, i'll be explaining all there is to know about FoW. I'll be adding and editing it and adding videos to show each role eventually.
(it may take me a while, bear with me, i'm doing this from an iTouch.

Terra One. (T1)
Build: OwZSk4PT0k6MlC5i8QxlHQ4O

Overview: Your jobs are:

-Slaves of Menzies.
-Burning Forest's Wolf.
-Tower of Strength, and
-Tower of Strength's wolf.

Walkthrough:

Wait for cons to go up, Cast Shadow Form and Shroud of Distress and Death's Charge to the nearest Shadow Army Patrol you see.(don't aggro to the Main team) Run past the Abyssals and Shadow Rangers as quickly as possible, only recast SF/SoD under "I Am Unstoppable!" Run to Miko, grab the Quest if T2 didn't do it already. Run into the Burning Forest and follow the path until you see a group of Shadow Mesmers and Shadow Patrols. Aggro The Hydras near the Patrols/Mesmers, and run to the right wall. While hugging the right wall. Walk backwards with the Hydra aggro until you see that the Smoke Walkers are out of Longbow Range, and Sliver the Hydras down. Then Kill the Shadow Patrols. Kill the Shard wolf in the Burning Forest. Move on to ToS.

wait for the quest. (stay on the Lava while waiting) Aggro the First group of Rangers you see and back out. Only take it one mob at a time. Sliver the Shadow Patrols down and move on to the next group; rinse and repeat. Kill all the Shadow Patrols/Abyssals and proceed to killing the Shadow Rangers (DO NOT KILL THE MESMERS.) Ask T2 to Send the Mage. While waiting for the mage, Aggro the Shard Wolf at ToS and pull him to the Gate at ToS. Sliver him down. Once the Mage arrives, kill the Shadow Lord. T1 is done. Smile

Tips: use a Birthday Cupcake at LEAST. Shields with armor Vs. Fire and Piercing are a tremendous help for BF and ToS, respectively.

Terra Two. (T2)

Build: OwZSk4PT0k6MJDlC5i8QHQ4O (weak build)

Overview: Your jobs are:

-Take Slaves of Menzies.
-Take The Hunt.
-Kill the Beach Wolf.
-Kill the Cave wolf, and
-Kill the Seeds of Corruption.

Walkthrough:

As usual, wait for cons to go up. Cast SF, and SoD, and Death's Charge to the nearest enemy to the left of Rastigan. Run past the Abyssals and Shadow Rangers and try to not get pwnd. Only cast your spells while under IaU. Run to the entrance of the forge, and aggro the Shadow Mesmers and Monks, walk backwards towards the BF until you find two Skeleton groups. Aggro them (a longbow of Enchanting is very helpful, pull the Skeleton groups THROUGH the Shadows so they fight eachother, and run to Miko and grab his Quest.

Run past the ToS, and past the Infernal Wurm until you get to the cliff. DC to a random enemy at the top and make your way to the Backside of the Forge/Mouth of the Cave. DO NOT aggro the two patrolling groups in front of the cave. Talk to Nimros and grab The Hunt. Avoiding the patrols, go into the cave and run to the Beach. Kill the Beach Wolf. Run back through the cave and try to aggro the Cave Wolf.

Once you have his aggro, press "X" and haul butt into the cave and pray he follows. (this is by far the hardest part; he is extrememely hard to aggro sometimes.) Once you pull him out of Shadow Army aggro, Sliver him down. Wait in a Crevice until the main team gets Restore the Temple of War. Start at the beach and kill all of the Seeds of Corruption; once they are dead, you're done. Gg. :]

Tips: Cupcakes are definitely helpful. As T2 you don't need Glyph or Armor of Earth, so you can trade them for helpful stuff like "By Ural's Hammer!", (Helps with Seeds, not recommended), or Heart of Shadow and "Finish Him!"

Terra Three. (T3)

Build: OwZSk4PT0k6MJDlC5i8QHQ4O

Overview:

Your jobs are:

-Kill the Rock Borer Worms in the Lightning Forest.
-Kill the Lightning Forest's Shard Wolf.
-Complete The Wailing Lord.
-Take A Gift of Griffons, and
-Escort the Griffons to the Tower of Courage.

Walkthrough:

This is a more challenging Terra role, you really don't wanna have lag as a T3.

Alrighty here goes... Wait for yo cons to pop, then cast SF/SoD, and Dc to the nearest foe, and as always, run to the Battlefield. Once you get to the Battlefield, head to the Lightning Forest. Run to the Bridge in the Forest and aggro all the Spirit Shepherds that patrol in the bottom section of the LF. Once you have their aggro, run to the front entrance of the LF. Cast SF/SoD, and Glyph. Run to a set of Rock Borer Worms and cast Sliver, and immediately cast Glyph again. They will die in one Sliver, so recast SF and Glyph and kill the next set. Run to the group of Worms that spawn near the Cliff and use the same tactics as last time. Next, you should kill the Armored Cave Spiders that Would be close enough to aggro the Griffs.

After they are dead, run to the bridge and hang a right, go kill the Shard Wolf in the back.


Once dead, you need to re-aggro the Shepherds, and kill off the Skeletal Bonds that spawn on the bridge. Order of priority should be melée>monks>rangers>errything else. Once the skeletons are downed, kill the Shadow Beast spawns and make sure you have all the Shepherd groups (except the very first group; as they break aggro fairly easily) and take A Gift of Griffons. DO NOT MOVE after you take the quest. Wait a few second and you should be OK. Walk backwards between the cliffs and ball the aggro up so the main team can spike them. Wait for the main team to clear the groups, and bring the Griffon to the Tower of Courage by holding Ctrl and pressing "C;" pinging a target. This will make the Griffons follow you.

If one dies, your team will wipe resulting in an instant fail, so avoid aggro at ALL costs. Once they are in the ToC, you're homefree! Smile

Tips: Nothing else that I can think of ATM, just don't be bad. T3 isn't hard if you know what you're doing.

Terra Four. (T4)

Build: OwZSk4PT0k6MlC5i8QxlHQ4O OR OwZSk4PT0k6MlC5i8QxkHQ4O

Overview:

Your jobs are:

-Pop the Shadow Army Camp.
-Take Army of Darkness and The Eternal Forgemaster.
-Complete Army of Darkness.
-Kill the Battlefield's Shard Wolf, and
-Complete Khobay the Betrayer.

Walkthrough:

T4 is probably the most simple job.

Once cons are popped, run to the Battlefield, and hug the right wall. Once you pass the the Skeletal Impalzorz, run to the left and keep going forward until you aggro a group of melée and a group of casters. Run to the Camp area and walk Behind the Shadow Group (another group of Skeletons patrol, and their aggro will slow you down; so try to avoid that. Lol.) kill the melée and Shadow Beast and wait for Sliver to recharge. After it recharges, you may work on the Shadow Group, starting with the monk. It should take about two Slivers to down them.

Once they are dead talk to Kromril and the other Eternal. (Cant ever remember his name >.<) and get their quests. Make your way to Menzies, and be mindful of any traps the Impalers may have lain while getting the quests.

There are many tactics out there for killing Menzies, some faster than others, but just run to his cliff, grab all the groups you can, and bust out your Enchanting Longbow, run to the right side of the hill, bow the two groups back there, and DC to the mobs that broke aggro while pulling the back two. Once you have their aggro, run to Menzies again. Kill the melée and Shadow Beast at the Base of the Cliff, wait for Sliver to recharge, and DC to Menzies. Cast EBSoH and Sliver, and he will drop really quickly. (Vampiric daggers of Enchanting speed it up a bit, too.)

Grab the Unholy Text and haul butt to Kromril, drop the book to recast SF and SoD. Turn in the quest and head to the Battlefield Wolf, then make your way to Khobay, aggro all the Obsidian Furnace Drake Groups on the way and make your way to Khobay's hole. I like to kill the Smoke Walkers on the way/while waiting. Once the quest has been taken, kill the warriors that spawn (only while Smoke Walkers are at >Longbow rage or dead.) the monk will most likely res them a few times, but he'll eventually die. After the Monk's dead, kill Khobay, and you're done!

Tips: Cupcakes and Rock Candies/Candy Corn Speed the Run up alot. If any Terra dies, you are the one who will most likely have to cover.

Main Tank. (Mt)

Build: OwZSk4PT0k6MRQtCrgxlHQ4O

Overview:

Your jobs are:

-Ball up groups tightly and help the main team complete Tower Of Courage, the Eternal Forgemaster, and spike the additional pop-ups for A Gift of Griffons.

Walkthrough

Wait for cons to get popped, and cast Shadow Form and Shroud. Death's Charge to tthe enemies to the RIGHT of Rastigan and walk up the hill, aggroing the group on the right and waiting for the patrol on the left. A Shadow Beast or two should spawn, wait for his aggro to settle on you. Now that you have all of the groups aggrod, pull the group on the top of the hill so they are no longer on top of it, but on the slope that leads down from the hill. Walk AROUND the hill hugging it and walking backwards, (the wall to your right, i'll post screenies later) until you've reached the other side of it (so now you're going up the hill, but on the right side.) The casters should ball up, if not, rinse and repeat. If they look like they are in a line instead of a ball, keep slowly walking backwards until they are in a ball. Use this tactic for balling all groups in FoW. Once the casters are balled, Death's Charge to a Central target and wait for the aggro to settle on you and ping Grasping Earth and use Unseen Fury.

The next group is where you will DEFINITELY wanna use a shield with armor versus piercing Damage. Aggro the group of Monk(s) and Warriors to your right, before the ToC. a Shadow Beast will spawn, you can ignore him or aggro him. Run in zig-zag patterns and aggro all of the Rangers and Abyssals and walk backwards along the ToC, the Rangers and Monks will start balling up; once you see they are in a ball, Death's Charge to the Ranger in the Center of the Ball. Wait for the Abyssals to reach you and use Unseen Fury and ping Grasping Earth.

Stand inbetween the Rastigan and the Gate and let the Mesmers spike.


Skip the group of Shadows after ToC and head to the Battlefield. Aggro the First groups of Skeletons you see, and then the second, aggro the Impailers and walk to the little hill on the left-side of the Battlefield towards the Lightning Forest, there will bt a group there you need to aggro. (longbow of Enchanting is very helpful, as the groups usually don't pull very far.) Longbow them, and walk backwards hugging the left wall until the group of Casters near the Lightning Forest is on top of the little hill. Then, pressing "X," hug the wall to your right and walk backwards towards the Lightning forest until you reach the hill. Once you're on top of the hill and the groups are balled on top of it. Do not move; as the Monks will be glitched and run into the ball. Wait for the main team and spike. Pick up your drops and head for the Forge. For the forge you will need to permanently maintain IaU and Mental Block to perform a 360.

Cast Shadow From and SoD, and when SF is 3/4th's of the way recharged or at "9 o'clock," cast IaU and haul butt. Use Unseen Fury when IaU drops. Gather all of the mobs in the bottom of the forge until you are at the 4th mob of Mesmers/Monks and head up the Stairs. Go to the top of the forge and do a 360 around the forgetop to pop the Shadow Beasts. Once you have popped them, hide behind a wall and wait for the main team to get finished downstairs. After they're finished, DC to the ranger that is closest to the mainteam and ping Grasping.

While the main team is finishing the Rangzorz, go to the bottom, to the back door, and once the quest is popped, use IaU and walk backwards towards the staircase closest to the back door. (near where Taeres spawns.) and ping your snare. Let the spikers spike and DC to the Shadow Beasts that pop up at the back door. Get their aggro and hold them for the spike.

Do the same for the Front Door.

After that is done, head to the Lightning forest and ball up the group that is blocking the entrance. Spike it. Once that is done, ball the next group that would aggro the Griffs (most likely the Shadow Group) and wait for the main team. Spike it; once it is dead, call for T3 to bring the Griffs. Ball the last group, spike it, aggro the Shard Wolf at ToC, pull him back for the Mesmers, let them spike it and your job is done. <3

Tips: Cupcakes are a necessity for Mt. You will need a Shield with -2 while Enchanted (Sheltered By Faith,) a +10 vs Blunt, Slashing, and Piercing.


Sexy Spikezorz:

All spikers should use Artificer's insignias and Sup. Fast Casting. While on the Battlefield, Spread out for spikes due to Chaos Storm and Maelstrom. Try to not stand on top of eachother.
Do not Auto-attack while hexed with SS/Empathy, and when you ARE hexed with SS, again, spread out.

Callzor.

Wait for cons to go up, Mt will be balling the first group, pre-cast your Symbolic Celerity and Keystone Signet, and when the Mt DC's to the casters and aggro settles and he casts GE, lead the Snare with BuH! and Trypto Signet, and spike.

Your cue to start prectasting is when the Mt gets the Casters in a ball, before he Death's Charges in, start running in. You wanna follow so closely that you'll be able to spike on command, yet leave him enough space to move around with him having to worry about catching aggro. In any case...

Let the Mt ball the second group, Do NOT attack the Shadow Beast at all costs; even if he starts attacking you just let him hit you, he won't hurt you. Spike the second group, and try to rupt the monk after the spike.

Wait for Rastigan to get to the ToC, and the Mt will stand in front of Rastigan. Spike Vorgis down and skip the next group of Shadows. Wait for the Mt to ball the skeleton groups and spike them. Head to the forge.

Once in the Forge, the Mt will most likely do a 360, in that case you will want to wait for him to get to the SECOND group of Shadows, and wait for the first group's aggro to break, spike it down once they ball up. Rinse and repeat. Once you rape the last group, wait for everyone's skills to recharge, and spike the group at the top of the Forge.

Once dead, head up to the Forge, and stand INBETWEEN the staircases; you'll be obstructed from the Ranger's arrows. Spike the Rangzors down, Your job it to take the quest. So once the group is down, take "Defend the Temple of War" From the Eternal Forgemaster. Let the Mt pull the aggro back and spike the group quickly once he pings. He will pull a group of Shadow Beasts back, which you should spike quickly as well.

Do the same for the other side.

After the two groups are downed, take the quests Restore the Temple of War and Khobay the Betrayer from the Forgemaster, and Tower of Strength from the Eternal Lord Taeres. Head to the Lightning Forest. Spike the group the Mt has balled.

Follow the Mt down and spike the rest of the groups. Pretty starightforward from there. Once the last group of the Shadow Army is dead; find the Shard wolf by the Tower of Courage and Spike him. Head back to the Forge and your job is done!

Etiquette

Just a couple of thoughts:

Always be kind to the people in the run.
screwing around and trolling is fine, but know when to stop. If someone screws up, don't be too hard on them. Be kind to people less experienced than you and help 'em out by giving them tips. Smile

ALWAYS BRING RES SCROLLS
'nuff said. Even if it's just three or four, bring them! Smile

For T3 I always save the wolf for last when I'm not too busy dying...

Reason being I can stay as far away from griffons as possible. I am now scared of them

Oh Saru, you might want to add the fact that for T4 should something go wrong with the Main Team or T3 it is pretty much your job to cover, because T4's job is so fast Razz

Yeah good idea. About how long would you say it takes to kill Khobay? Trying to get times for each job sorted out >.< I know I can pop camp at 2 minutes Menzies at 4 minutes with a load of pcons, and about 4 and 7 without... So I'm thinking maybe a 2 minute Khobay? Considering no pcons and you're already in position. (stupid res sig on the warriors)

I would say 3 minutes, just to be safe but yeah if you have all your groups and are set up already for it, then about 2 minutes would right depending on who the res sig hits.

I've seen videos where if you precast Sliver and stand in the right position before quests are taken, you can take Khobay on the first sliver, regardless of the spawns. Idk though, I just do bridge pulling and stuff.

Link we have to try that spawnpoint tactic. I've never even thought of that...
So what I've got so far:
[X] represents times with optimal pcons setup.

T1: Burning Forest:
3[2]m. <1 m as R/A.
ToS: 7[5]m; ~2.5-3m as R/A. (the Mage... D:)

T2: The Hunt: not sure.
Beach+Cave Wolf: ~5-7m.
Restore: 2m

T3: Cleaning the forest: 5m.
Shard Wolf: <1m.
Wailing: ~3m.
Griffs group: 2m.
Unsure of alot of T3 times/tactics tbh. Only ran it a few times.

T4: Camp: 4[2]m.
Menzies: ~3[2m].
Wolf: <1 min.
Khobay: 2-3m.

Main team: 12m Forge. (WTF!)

I would actually prefer the no spawn point tactics only because if I don't kill the smokewaters to save time, and i misjudge where kohbay is gonna spawn, then i'll risk having the smokewaters come in and heal... just a though

-u can still kill kohbay with 1 group, soo if one group leaves just wait another 20 sec recast sliver and he should be dead XD, just be right out of agro range of the smokewater

-also while doing the battlefield as a assassin, you can either do this one of 2 ways, ONLY grab the 1 caster agro group in the middle of the battlefield to bring with u to the shadow monk/rangers or grab both the caster group along with the 1 group with berserkers for extra sliver, it won't matter which u do
-when u run over to the shadow group 2 impalers will pop who use debilitating shot, and will interupt your skills if you get hit with it- using a red rock/blue rock candy helps with the activation time of your skills as to lower the chance of getting hit, as well as time your casting with their shots, once u get used to it, it will be pretty easy.
- one more thing i want to mention about that part is you will sometimes have a group patrolling with berserkers behind u, try to avoid that group as you will have more berserkers u will have to sliver before you will be able to kill the shadow ranger, and the monk


also the way i do tos as a sin, is a little different then what saru suggested to do

1- if you're starting out follow saru's guide

2-if you're experienced and wanna get tos done a little faster-
- put on full vanguard armor for additional physical/blunt resistant dmg
-agro everything in the front of the tower, try and do so without balling up the rangers too much for easy sliver afterwards, and go ahead and sliver all the abyssals and shadow patrol, they should be dead within 2 slivers
-from that point individually sliver the remaining rangers

The SoH idea is prob a big excessive but I still wanna try it. You would just prep for taking wailing cast SoH where you'll need to be after wolf, run up take wailing, kill wolf and the timing should be about right for SoH to wear off. Still needs to be tested ofc.
