It's easy to work out:
For your First Name Take the name of the first pet that you owned. [if you were born whenever your family already owned a pet, take it's name.] (If your family had more than one pet, pick one or the other, free choice and all that jazz =])

For your Second Name Take the name of the first street you lived on. [if you lived on a street with more than one word in the title.. for example.. i don't know.. 'George Washington Avenue' you can pick either 'George' or 'Washington']


I'll use my friends name as an EXAMPLE

Her first pet was called Rusty
Her First Street was South Street

so her name was Rusty South
