It took 4 tours, lineup changes beyond the initial lineup changes, a bit of fan encouragement, and desire from Axl himself to finally play Estranged live again after over a decade and a half. This is a performance of Estranged from the current tour. It's generally considered one of GN'R's best songs overall (although not my absolute favorite). Further along in this tour, they have also played Civil War live (another great GN'R song), which also hasn't been played since the old 80's/90's lineup was intact.
Anyone who wants to hate on the new lineup (compared to the original one) for anything more than sentimental reasons should know that this lineup is very capable of playing great music. Hopefully, this new lineup gets to produce great music together someday. (Some of the members who played on Chinese Democracy are gone & replaced now.) I am still longing for another album and hope that process gets set in motion after this current tour is over.
The guitarist with all of the facial hair who looks an awful lot like Bin Laden (pre-headshot) is Bumblefoot. The one with the hat is DJ Ashba. Axl Rose looks nothing like the bone-thin babyface he once did, but he is pushing 50 years old at this point (looks good for his age though) and is still as great of a singer as he always was. He certainly hasn't lost a beat in that department.

Found it. Don't know if it is on any official album release or what-not, but it is one of the songs on a free Deuce mixtape that is available online on DatPiff.com:
All you have to do is register for that site (free to register - and mixtapes on this site are totally legal to download) and click the 'Download' link on the navbar for the whole mixtape or the little disk icon next to the song itself in the tracklisting to download just the individual track. I already have a user account for that site (it's a great site) so if you have any problems I can just download the song/whole mixtape and upload it to MediaFire or something of that sort.
That site lets you stream the songs so I checked out the song you are interested in. I see that he (Deuce) is using the beat from 'B.o.B. - Airplanes' for 'Story of a Snitch'. The original song is pretty good (has Hayley Williams - the singer from Paramore - in the chorus) so it's a good beat to use.
